I purchased merchandise from capitol styles (see my report on these crooks!) i paid using paypal (big mistake!) i never received
part of my order. I filed a dispute (what a joke!) they claim the dispute was opened for 20 days and that they emailed their decision to me (bs!!! What @#! Liars!) i never received any email
from them. They sided with capital styles. Paypay doesn't care about their customers. So if you want buyers protection when you make a purchase on the internet use a major credit car not paypal because they don't give a @#@$ about you!
