He slit their throats and placed the bodies in plastic bags.
Witnesses who happened upon the grizzly scene did not know at first what the man was doing. They noticed he had blood and bodies of animals in a large platic bag. They moved closer and witnessed his heiness act of slitting the throat of a cat and placing it in the bag. They ran and called the police
By the time the police arrived Mariana Magana had hidden the knife and plastic bag holding the bodies. Without proof this sick individual will get away with this horrific crime against innocent animals.
