Took money from my account unauthorized! Ripoff

USA CREDIT took 149.00 out of my account. And They just tried to take 19.95 more! This is completly Unauthorized... I called the bank and they said they are going to investigate! So hopefully soemthing comes of that and they also put a stop payment on both charges. Grrrr!
