I too thought this little yellow postcard was a bit suspicious. I kept receiving phone calls from a 405 area code number and only once did they leave a message, reporting that they had excellent news and it was very important that I call them back. Then I received the little yellow postcard complete with a personalized note and my very own "control number". They said they had been trying to contact me with great news - I did what any normal cynic would do... Google! Seems they have sent this information to others. Thank goodness for google... And ripoff report.
