Bait and switch rental application Misleading Ripoff

I recently went online and found a place listed for rent I called keys rental Management to get information on the process for applying to rent from them. Being credit challenged I asked them if there was a chance that I would be refused because of credit. They said no it did not affect this process I took there word for it and sent the $90.00 over pay pal. Much to my surprise when I went in in person for the application process they turned me down because of credit

When i contacted them about this they refused to refund my money they said they are a business and there polices are not to refund application fees

I had 4 different people call with similar questions on applying and they gave the same type of response they bait you in and then they deny the fact that they would say this

I want to make people aware of this type of process it is hard enough to rent with a credit problem but to also be ripped off by a company Like this
