With drew out of my moms account Ripoff

At first it sounded like a good idea because it said it would help me build my credit up, then i thought about it i did not know how to use it to my advantage. They keep taking money from my moms account and i did not even use the credit card yet, and yet they still with drawing out of my moms account.
