I was called while at work and asked to do a quick survey. I was told since i did the survey i would recieve magazines and only pay for shipping. I recieved a call from a man "MR LAWRENCE" who stated i owed $720.00 for breech of contract!!!
He tried to act like he was a lawyer and tried to scare me into paying them for a 2 year subscription which i never agreed to. I informed him i would not be paying for something i did not agree to.
He stated we have you on tape!!!
Great then he should know i did not agree to such a thing!!!
I told him you do what you need to and i will do the same.
I called them the next morning and informed the customer service department to cancel any subscription/account they had for me and that i would also be sending them a formal letter to cancel the account and the so called subscription they had for me!!! And i would be contacting the Better Buisness Bureau. I have also emailed them and will wait on a responce...
