Steel Bridge, so called company, has mastered deceptive practices to perfection. My wife ordered a trial free sample of Lipoplex with Hoodia and my credit card was charged $6.95 on June 13. The trial sample was delivered on June 21. On June 27 my credit card was charged $99.95 for two months supplies of Lipoplex, which my wife had no intention ordering. When I finally got through to their customer service representative, Andrea (who refused to give either her last name or employer id and was generally rather rude) she told me that we had to cancel my wife's membership (which she never signed for) within 14 days, otherwise shipments will be coming. She, and other representatives (I called couple more times) also told me that their company's policy does not allow to refund money. Now, here is their smart deceptive trick: if you go to this product from their main page (http://www.steelbridgemedical.com/,) the 14 days policy statement is there, and they can say that they warned you. However, if you go to the page where you order Lipoplex from the pop-up window (that's where my wife went from,) the statement is not there - just ordering information. Andrea also lied to me - she told that the company is registered with the Better Business Bureau of Nevada. I've checked online, and this company never registered with the BBB of Nevada. These are the steps I am going to take:
1) Contact my credit card company to dispute the charges,
2) When (or should I say "if") the package arrives, I'll send it back unopened,
3) Take the trial sample to a chemical lab to examine if the content and potency
are what the label says,
4) Contact Nevada BBB, even though the company is not registered with them,
5) Contact Nevada Attorney General Office, and I advise everybody wripped off
by this company to do the same - you can download the complaint form from

I saw many similar complaints against this company, and I think that if many letters to the Nevada Attorney General office will follow, we have a good chance to bring this company, specializing in ripping off people, down.
I would also like to mention that Independent Consumer Group analized vitamins and supplements of different companies, and their finding was that there are only two companies that consistently put in their supplements what the label says (remember, unlike medications, vitamins and supplements are not regulated by the FDA.) One of these two companies is Puritan's Pride, and I don't remember the name of another one, but I am sure it is not Steel Bridge Medical.
