Why do i have to sign a new contract every 30days Why haven't my balance gone down Ripoff

They called my frineds and family members asking for contact information when they already spoke with me. Giving out my personal information. Making me sign a new contract every 30 days instead of applying the payment to balance. The balance never goes down. Trying to get me to come into the office instead so they can repo my car. All this after being 2 days late
