In the year of we had a problem with another broker, they stated that our parts where bad. I sent in pictures and they sent in pictures and even though my pictures where not the same as what the other party showed, (stating that i was right) because i was not a 'member' of ERAI, ERAI stoood up for the 'member' and not the one whom is correct. Right now because of this our company is going thru a lawsuit with the other broker, "if ERAI" was honest and put a stop to this, i would not be going thru what i'm going thru.
Also ERAI then puts out a report on me, hurting our business when we and the other broker are going thru attorney's and nothing has been proven. I quit ERAI because they are not attorney's and have none. Why give them money if they are not attorney's because later you have to get an attorney.
They are bill collectors and i had to get my attorney to tell ERAI to stop calling me, they called me every 5 minutes wanting the money for this company, i told Terry Lively to "back off" she wouldn't, so i had to pay my attorney to write a letter and make phone calls to Terry Lively @ ERAI to "leave me alone and quit harrassing me" I have nothing good to say about ERAI.
