I purchase a rca didgital comcorder from the home shopping network in february the user guide states that you can order a firewire from rca but before I purchased it from rca and purchase one from radio shack and circuit city neither one work the wire did not fit my port on my pc I have sent the item back to hsn Home shopping Network paid to have it insured and delivery confirmation and the kept the item and then sent it back so I phone them they told me they no longer take back items over 30 days and I was told to contact rca and I did this I have not gotten anywhere with then also. Now I have a camcorder and a firewire that is no good to me I have been tolded that I will have fine a adapter which I should not have to do.
