Direct Shopping Network failed to give refund

I have dealt with DSN for a few years and have spent thousands. They have always been slow with delivery sometimes up to 3 months. I have returned a few items because the item purchased came so late it couldnt be given as a gift. Last purchase was 5 months late so I cancelled the order. I cant get a hold of them, they dont answer the phone or emails, etc. I really liked the jewelry but I am really upset.
