I lived at 685 gates ave from apr 1, from the very first day i moved in the tenant above has a washing machine that keep on flooding my apartment, i reported to the office in the bldg repeatedly and was toldthey will speak to tenant i was told by the security guards on premises this is a common complaint throughout the bldg, as the people in the office coll-ects money from tenant for use of washers. I moved out in 10 as i asked the housing court to release me from the lease
which was up in april and was ordered to pay 3 months rent and they will keep my security, because i refused to pay rent for all the inconveniences i had e. G we have to dodged the water from the roof in the toilet, living room and over the kitchen stove, i had to purchase all food on a daily basis. I have pictures to prove} i paid the sum of $3,450.00 by money order to the office in the building, copies of money orders in my posssession.
Lo and behold i got a summons dated 4/25/07 from richard kasss lawyers for willard j. Price saying that i owed $4,399.82 which includes court costs, how that occur, after i paid them the 3 months as stipulated by the courts, what did the office do with my money - this office is situate at 685 Gates ave, groung floor, brooklyn newyork 11221 names in office maria cashier, manager jimmy. Please investigate, i have not gone to the housing court to present my case. Show this on your website because i think other tenants were conned as well. Before i moved out i paid
