Email confirms that you have paid lwp electronics $274.99 using paypal ripoff

I received an email to my work email address saying $274.99 had been charged to my paypal account for a new nokia 6600 cell phone for Bill Chang. This should be stopped. I have notified my bank that this payment is not authorized. I hope this gentleman fries!
