I financed a white 1996 Pontiac Bonneville in September. I notice it was little white marks on the car.
So by October 05, I realized it was fill-ins to chipped marks in the paint.By the end of October, half of the paint of my car was peeled off. It had no primer under the paint. I told them, and they just kept saying that they didnt know, and it was Pontiac's fault.
A couple of months later, after my warranty expired (milage), and the FREE OIL CHANGE i received, my back brake line mysteriously rusted. They fixed it after all of my nagging, but 6 months later, my front brake line was rusted!
After months of not paying my car note on time and nagging, they fixed my front brake line for free (yea right) and fixed my paint job (let me get back to the paint job they did). So I get the car back. I went and got a car wash, and the peeled spots reappeared!!! With new rust spots.
Now they are telling me to go to Maaco and they will take something off of my car payment.
Help!!!
