Recieved my banking info somehow and drained my bank account and i cant get a hold of any one at the company to explain to me how and why ripoff

Was applying for a payday cash advance. All of a sudden this platnium credit card pops up. Says youve been approved for this and we are going to take xxx amount of dollars out of your bank account. They had stole info from my application for a payday advance and used it to there benefit. Now i cant reach anyone at the company to give me an explination. It has but us in a real bind as we are in the process of getting a loan to purchase a home. Pissed off in florida
