Peoples Credit First
Arrogantly mislead me to believe it wasn't just a catalog and online credit card only

I was sent a letter congratulating me on being able to get a credit card and it lead me to believe I could use it anywhere I wanted and at any ATM machine. When I recieved the card it was for catalog and online use only. I want my money back and to hopefully help other people so it will not happen to them.
