On Nov. 15 Bernard William wrote me a check for 1000.00. It was taken out of my account for insufficient funds. I tried to contact Mr. William by phone and letter but, I got the run around as usual. I filed a civil warrant No. 1197547 against the defendant and won my judgement on 12 May for 4020.00.
That included my 1000.00 for a bad check and 3000.00 for reistatement fee.
The problem is that Mr. Bernard Williams Sr. (When you need a real broker) did not show up for court. Also, he did not return letters from the Tennessee Real Estate Commission and Memphis Board of Realtors.
