Despite their fantastic vision statement, NPC Global/Pizza Hut couldn't care less about their "appreciated" workers. I had been brutally attacked, without caution or lure, by another worker while we were equally about the time.
Law enforcement arrrested another driver and officially charged him with attack. I used hrs within the IM obtaining my bruises, scratches, reductions and injuries examined.
Your day after, I visited examine the problem (by myself period) using the RGM. Long story short, he wasn't objective, evidently taking sides using the additional driver. After I declared myself, he dismissed me. No caution, no write ups, merely ended at that moment.
For what it is value, I had been "MVP" for that month of Feb, never had so much being an verbal caution about something, was usually a high ranked driver, and not had a person problem.
Not just can I never work with the corporation again, I'll NEVER purchase from Pizza Hut later on.
Ideally, NPC is going to do the best part of this situation. Lawsuit is definitely an alternative, t ut one I don't desire to follow.
