I have worked for Pizza Hut all together 13 yrs.in the first one I worked in the GM there had a 16 yr. Old working for him. He never put this minor on the payroll. He payed him out of the register. I reported it to my AC. He checked and said there was no employee files on this minor. He has his 15 yr. Old son out there dilvering pizza's for him.
I was transfered to another Pizza Hut. I traveled to other towns to help other stores out. Never receiving travel pay. The more I gave to the company. The more they demanded on me. I was then transfered to another store.in this store I witnessed drugs being dealt and used on their poperty. I went to my GM and reported this incidents to him. He told me he would have to fire me. Because I allowed it go on. I told him no. I was reporting it to him. And I wanted it stopped.
They transfered me another store.in this store a driver kept harrasing me. Again I reported to my GM. She told me we had to resolve this problem. The problem got so out of hand. This driver got so angry he broke a door. The same driver making sexual comments to me an other female employees. The employees found it funny. One night the drew a picture and copyed it on the printer. Then displayed this in the kitchen. The other employees found it very funny. I felt very humlated by this.
I had enough of the abuse so, the result of this I cused the employee that was harrsing me. After the incident my GM called me and told me not to worry about it and the AC did not have to find out about this. I was due to go to work. I received a phone call from AC not to go in. He wanted to meet with me. I went it to meeting and he fired me on the spot. He said he really did not know how to write it up. And put on the termination paper I was being abusive to an employee. When I started writing out my statement. He had the door opened and making the sound of jeopardy. As if I was on a time limit. I have received awards from Pizza Hut for sales growth. I went out into the public to get these sales. Never receiving any pay for my time. Always being promised to one day have my own store.in the end I got fired.
Conumers if you work for Pizza Hut and you are a female. You will not advance. If you are a male you will go far. There is so much more I could write about this company.
