Oilcareer Failed to get services paid for. Charged twice for the same service. Ripoff

I paid $197 (billed twice totaling $294) to Strategic Ecomm Inc. For membership to access job information related to the oil industry. I have not received anything from this company. Emails go unanswered except for a generic automated response that does nothing but promote the business. The phone number is nothing more than a 24/hr recording, again does nothing but promote the business. This company is not reputable.
