After I had had two coaching sessions I deciced their program wasn, t for me I tried to pay them for what I had done and ask for the remainder to be returned

This product, I think is a scam and if their money back warranty was any good, you wouldn't have so much trouble trying to get you money returned. I was willing even after they declined to return my money the first time, to pay them for the so called coaching sessions and for the tax CD I had recieved and settle for the remainder of my money. I left several messages on their customer service line and two different complaints about the tax coaching session I was supposed to have recieved and was never called back by anyone from the support group. I would not recommend this product for anyone to buy and would strongly urge your orginization to go after them.
