Eitan, Adam, and Frieda Dub own and operate a medical billing business where they gain the confidence of their medical doctor clients to do medical billing for them.
They down right lie to these clients; that they have this enormous staff to take care of their medical billing needs. Well, Eitan and Adam have the 10 employees bring in family members to fill up the cubicles to have the clients think they are fully staffed with all these employees.
They even have their clients believe that they are on separate servers when in fact they are sharing servers with other clients without each client knowing they are sharing.
THey even talk bad about their clients to their employees. Once they draw in the account, they put on filters so managers and family members of the dr's cannot access certain files to see how they are billing and posting payments because they make it seem like it is this elaborate outfit and they are doing this wonderful job, well, when the true manager left last year several accounts left with her. And still more accounts are and have pulled out.
What they are charging the clients the dr's could have one of their employees do. These are not certified employees in billing.
They treat their staff like they are animals that should bow down to them because they are giving them a job.
The department of labor has investigated on several cases that they have had throughout the years and every employee has won their case accept for one because she did not have evidence but she should have won. Eitan bragged about how she lost because he told a different story.
Eitan Dub actually sent around memos stating he does not pay time and a half, well, the federal department of labor went in to make sure he pays all the employees that he has do overtime. He also has employees working from home so the IRS cannot keep track of all his employees that he has. He has moved 4 times in the past 4 years, Midland ave, Westchester Ave, now to Pelham from one office to another. I wonder if this is also one of their tactics for the state not to keep track of them.
When an employee mentioned that there are no employee rights on the walls nor is there a work permit the snitch informed him and within a month they had one because all of the employees were fed up with their abusive nature. They were always changing payday because they could not pay their employees every week on time.
There were employees that were going to make a formal complaint with the bank but a female snitch who still works there called eitan dub to hurry over and pay the employees. This snitch is his eyes and ears and still works for him. When he lets employees go he intimidates them that they are stealing time and money so they could become afraid for whatever reason and walk away and not seek unemployment that they are entitled too for whatever reason but the state already knows it is his MO to do this due to prior claims and investigations.
All you have to do is look at all the company names they go by because the IRS taxation and finance department cannot keep track of companies with all these TAX ID numbers.
He even has a dr's wife working for him from home and from the office no one knowing what her status is. Eitan, Adam, and Frieda try to coerce you into going on a 1099 instead of a W-2 and falsely bill so when they need to let you go because they are not making their bills they can turn around and tell the department of labor you are a sub contractor and he doesn't have to pay your unemployment. He has done this in several cases already and has lost, they are surely on to him.investigations are on going so ALL I can say is stay FAR AWAY from this company as a medical billing client and as an employee unless you want to do illegal activities with them because they are eventually going to get caught and you will go down with them. That is a FACT!
