The send me a check for 3,860.00 and told me to deposit this check in my acct

The send me a check for 3,860.00 and told me to deposit this check in my acct when i called the bank the told me the check was a fraud now i actually needed that money because i'm layed off and now i have nothing. I atempted to call mrs. Angela Neaman and she gave me the run around said that the suposed company was going to call me back. I also called Mazuma credit union and they told me that they wer fake. Please help me get these people back
