Invited me to a call on which $100.00 business drop cards were sold. No mention was made of other requirements Ripoff Michigan

A young woman from Canada invited me to a call and allowed me to choose my own convenient time. She "took" me to the call through her internet conference room. About 20 people were in attendance.

The host, either with a gruff voice or a voice altering machine, was somewhat intimidating, and he kept stating that he hated liars. I was fool enough to buy the 1000 cards he was selling and the website. The total cost was $531.00.

In my opinion, failing to disclose complete information is just as abominable as an outright lie.

Gordon Moss called me twice and "helped me" by inviting me to the training call on March 6th, and I was on the telephone for over two hours until the battery on my telephone died.

I am unable to say what happened after that. But before I left the call, I found out that we could only purchase cards one time from Gordon in a "case" of twelve boxes for a total of 1000 cards in each box. All future cards would need to be ordered from Malaysia, which would take six weeks. If we took prospects to the call and could not fill their orders, the lieutenants took the order and filled it, cutting out the person who had found the prospect.

Mr. Moss said his lifetime training was a $5,000 up-front enrollment fee. As people we had introduced to his program bought his lifetime personal training, we would make 1/2 that amount...$2,500... And if we were not members of the program of lifetime personal training, he got all of the money.

A scam? I really can't say, but I believe he should have had complete disclosure on the first call. I would not be "stuck with 1,000 cards if he had. He probably knows he would lose sales by full and complete disclosure. His website said my name and telephone number would be on the cards. They were not, so that looks very much like a lie to me.

He has called me today and asked me to return his call. I won't.
