Yeah I have fallen victim to the American Solution Center as well I too sent them 300 dollars for them to help me get a grant to fix my daughter's leaking ceiling and I even went through their so called supervisior Joseph Black who promised me that if I didn't recieve my grant money they would refund me my 300 dollars. Yeah right what a total rip off I too would like to get my money back from them as well.
