They took money from my account and is not givng me any information on a refund and i went on there website for a whole week and still did not get a response Ripoff

I have found out by my bank that this transaction was done on 02/12/07. And i went on there website and emailed them and never got a response bout a refund or how it goes, i called the answering service and they won't give out the address or anything either.
