I keep getting letters about a debt I know nothing about. Somebody opened charge accounts in my name through Fingerhut etc, magazines that come with pre approved offers. I have reported to the credit bureau, wrote letters everything I could do. Collection agencies keep passing this debt around and now Centurion capital put a judgement against me. Then this javitch block and rathbone is trying to garnish a business bank account that I am only a signer on because I write the payroll. Can they do this? It's not my debt and not my bank account. This has been going on since 1996. What do I do? Thanks
