I paid more than $2000 in cash for a complete bedroom set from American Freight and was promised next day delivery, for which I paid an additional $65. To this date I have not received my complete set and when I contact the company they provide false delivery information and pass the buck from sales to management. At the time of purchase I was told all items were in stock and now I am short a mirror, nightstand and amoire.
If this is the type of service after sale this company provides on a normal basis they should be put out of business. There is a lack of honesty, follow up and service as a whole. I would not reccommend this company to anyone. They are not worthy of your business, please spend your hard earned dollars with someone who earns theirs honestly.
