Aka UWSI UWSI is the BIGGEST ripoff I have ever seen! Cheated employees and screwed the customers even more is the corporate office

I have been away from UWSI for a few months now (7) to be exact, and I just wanted to tell the truth about the company. I have seen some of the reports and rebuttals that have been posted and most of the ones that are posted by the so called "Office Managers" are totally and completely ridiculous.

The company's Vice President, Mr. MacAdams, tells his "managers" what to say in these rebuttals. Of course, they are going to deny all of the allegations against the company, because they are still employed there.

IF, and I say again, IF they have completed their training, and have paid the 6 to 10 thousand dollars... Yes that's correct, I said $6000.00 to $10,000.00 "deposit" money to buy into the franchise or whatever you want to call it, then of course they are going to defend the company because their income depends on how well they cover the big lie of what the company is all about... Let me share with you EXACTLY what happens.

The company places ads in the paper stating that they are looking for potential "office manager trainees". Stating that an income of 35k to 65k is possible to attain. "Be your own boss" and things of this nature.

Well, the real truth is as follows...
The company is no more than a scam, bleeding each and every potential employee of every cent they have.

The interview: Once you call in and set an "appointment" for an interview, you are told to bring a few items with you. I, myself have the secretary's script here and know it by heart still. Her job is to get these "potential manager trainees" to show up WITH the $75 "security fee" which is necessary because, and I quote, "because you will be handling large sums of the company's money, the company requires that you come prepared with a $75 security fee".

After she works her "magic" on you and you show up for your interview, you are given a very generic application to fill out, and then the manager, or one of the manager's "trainees" will come into the conference room (where several people are showing up for interviews) to present your "orientation".

This orientation is nothing more than just blowing some thick smoke up your wazoo about how quickly you can advance in the company and all the money and benefits you will have "upon completion of your training and becoming a manager".

They mislead you into believing that you will only be required to do $2000 in sales because, and again I quote, "the company wants it's managers to know EVERY aspect of running an office and you are going to have anywhere from 50 to 70 people working under you in YOUR office, and you want to be able to answer all of these people's questions when they come to you, right?"

After you are sucked into thinking that in just "a couple of weeks" of training that you are going to be opening an office in the location of YOUR choosing, this is the point where they collect the $75 security fee, only after they have totally snowed your brains out with champagne dreams of all the money you are going to make. While you are signing the "contract" that is required, they tell you about the $95 dollar "kit fee" that is required at your initial training session.

This fee is to offset the cost of the demonstration kit that you will be issued which is nothing more than a small halonaire extinguisher, a pack of paper matches, a small drinking glass, a pie plate, and a bottle of ronsonol lighter fluid.

Then they send you out on your training adventure, to sell these products to your family and friends, because they dont want you doing door to door sales... And besides all that... Who better to help you get a leg up than your family and friends, right?

Well, after you make your first $2000 in sales, then they inform you that you are doing wonderfully have almost reached your goal, but... Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday you are give MORE "goals" to reach as a part of your training. What they neglect to tell you is that you are going to be strung along with the idea that only $500 more and you are "there" or $1000 more and you are "there"."There" being the completion of your training.

And then there are the little "classes" and meetings that they have along the way to get you "excited" about the company again.
In each of these "classes" you are told the same thing, even tho, supposedly, they are all pertaining to a different subject. It is nothing more than a brainwashing session where once again, all they talk about is the HUGE amounts of money you will be making and what all you are going to be able to do with it.

In one certain of these so called "classes", all the trainees are put on a "special schedule". No matter if they have been with the company for a month or for one day... They are all put on that same "special schedule". This schedule will allow them to complete their training even faster than all the other trainees in the company who are not at this class. This class is called EDS or Executive Development School.

On this "special schedule" you are given very strict sales goals to meet every two or three days for a little more than a week. For example, my particular schedule was as follows:
Mondays sales goal was $750... I reached this goal with ease only to be lied to once again and told that NOW I had a $600 goal for Wednesday...
I struggled to meet this goal and met it... Only to be lied to again and told " Wow, you are almost there now!" If only I met the Friday sales goal of yet another $600.
Well, needless to say, thinking that I was "there" I put up yet another $600 of MY OWN MONEY, which I had done several times because they keep telling you, " You are almost there, just $500 more and you are there".

After completing this supposed "final sales goal" on Friday, I came in on Saturday to help with the Saturday training class of new trainees initial training. After the training session was over and all the new trainees were gone... My manager took myself and another trainee (who had attended the same EDS class as myself and had stayed on the "special schedule" the same as me) into his office and told us that we only needed about $2500 more in sales to get to meet with the Regional Director for our final step in our training.

Well, being stubborn as I am, and still clinging onto those champagne dreams that they had painted so well for me, I stuck it out and BOUGHT another $2500 of their products, thinking that would be it and I could get into my office and start making all this glorious money that they had been flashing and telling me about.

Once again, I discovered that I had been lied to when I was told... Oh, well you are at $6000 in sales and Mr MacAdams won't meet with you until you have at least $8500.00 in sales.
At this point, I hit the roof because I had been dragged along by the hair of my nose in this little adventure for several months and had spent ALL of my savings trying to get "there" in my office.

And the real kicker to all of this is... Even after you get your $8500.00 in sales, you are sent back to sell another $1500.00 and THEN and only then you are told that you must pay from $6000.00 to $10,000.00 deposit to get into your office.

Ya see, after some investigation, I discovered... They really do perform a background check on you, they pull a credit report on you to see if you have the potential to buy into their little scam... And tell lies like they do.

So come on people... Wake up, all you "managers" with the company, How can you lie to people and take their money like that... Just cuz you were like me and got sucked into it so deep, Does that mean that you have to continue to suck others in and ruin their lives too?

And another thing... The products that I purchased over 8 months ago... Have STILL not been delivered...

You do the math...
