We tried to buy a several hundred dollar watch from BNWATCH.com back in April. After waiting several days and checking back into our account, the item was not in stock, but at this point they had already taken money out of our bank account.
Well, they never told us that it was not in stock by email, or was it posted on the website. We also paid for faster shipping as well. We attempted to send emails and call them with NO luck. Finally, late one night we decided just to try and call.
They answered the phone and we were told that the item wasn't in stock, but would be soon. We cancelled the order and were told that they would put our money back in 72 hours. Well, several days past and NO MONEY. We tried more email and more phone calls, but were never able to establish contact with them again.
We went through and Attorney General, but after several months of attempting to contact them, it all came to an end. It is now Jan and have gotten no where with any of this. I urge EVERYONE to NEVER use this site. All you will do is lose your money and probably never get the item you wanted regardless of it's status.
