Having done many of these before I can appreciate what someone tells me is for the purpose of "selling" me on using their facility. What I did was to come in to your restaurant unannounced to have a meal to see what I could expect when everybody was not on alert to my presence, and can tell you that I came away knowing this was the place to hold my party. Your attention to detail in the daily operation is as impressive as when you have over 100 guests.
What I enjoyed as your Joseph’s On the Water restaurant customer was every bit as tasty as when you served my whole group. That to me is a sign of a great establishment. The service on both occasions was all anyone would wish for as it was executed with nary a glitch. I will not only enthusiastically hold a function at Joseph's on the water again but will also recommend that my business associates do the same.
