I signed up with Todays Office Staffing in February and worked for them for only two months before I found a permanent job. I called and deactivated my account with them as soon as I knew I had a job.in April of I was laid off and after two months of looking for a new job, went back to Todays to resign with them. I redid all of their testing and waited for them to call me with an assignment.
I received a call from them on June 28th and was told that I would have an interview set up for some time during the next week and would be called with a time and place. I did not ever receive any call with information regarding the interview, so I called them to ask about it.
When I called, I was told that my file had been pulled and I was no longer eligible to work for the company because I was a no show on the interview. Even after I explained that I never got a call with any interview time or day, I was told that my file would not be reactivated because I had a previous no show on my record in May. I explained that I could not possibly have been a no show for an interview in May because I had deactivated my account in April due to working a permanent job.
Because of their mistakes I am now considered to be unreliable and no longer eligible to work for them.
