This distributor sold me products whuch were nearly outdated when delivered.in some cases he actually asked me to rub off the dates and sell the product anyways. When products went bad-moldy or rotten-he would not re-inverse me for them. He said it was against the manufacturers policy. I called the company. Talked with the president of the company. He said he replaces all bad product that goes bad. His Master distributor-Charles Littel did not want the hassle so he declined to service my account properly by replacing bad product. I myself replaced &2000.00 worth so that my clients would not quit me. A high price for a distributor to pay to keep accounts when you have a delivery middle man lying to you and cheating you. He has been reported to the Wisconsin and Minnesota Consumer Complaint Departments and now to the company where the products came from and also reported to the Oregon Justice Department and now the USDA Meat & Poultry Hotline and the State of Oregon under the Unlawful Trade Practices Act.
This company has refused to settle and refuses Mail which has been sent registered return receipt-which contains the bill to settle this matter. He refused to meet and refuses to negotiate a settlement to set the record straight in this matter.
