Put up a phony Amazon site then charged me at the bank - wouldn't allow me to log it out. Ripoff

I got charged $11.99 BILLED TO my debit card. The bank said I could not obtain a refund unless GREATFN agreed. I had never heard of this agency until I saw their company name at the bank. No services were obtained, only suppression of my Amazon account. I did not want services either.
