Objections:
We Farrokh and Linda Sabeti object to all the attorney charges and tickets for the following reasons:
1) We always had our own attorneys and township must had so.
2) We are responsible for our own attorney fees and the township must be held also.
3) There was never a hearing based on the merit of this 2006 case which consists of eight tickets.
4) One of the tickets was for the next door neighbor's vehicles parked on the lot next to us, which the Township officer Wanda Lippert agreed that it was a mistake.
5) This case was brought to this court in 2004 by the Township Officer Harlan Oosterhouse and was dismissed through Magistrate Thomas Vandenbosch.
6) The Court ordered the Township to give whatever permits we need to finish the Barn House then we will remove the Trailer.
7) The Township did not appeal the first order back in 2004.
8) We feel that we are being tried twice for the same offense.
9) Township Officer Harlan Oosterhouse refused to give permit based on lack of permit from Kent County Health Department.
10) There was no procedure in place which says which permit comes first and which comes next, County or Township and neither knows.
11) Now current Township Lawyer Mr. Leisman says that Township does not need permit from the County Health Department to give permit.
12) Our only place of Residence has been destroyed by the Township after The Court made it clear that the Court does not want us to be without a residence on our own property.
13) We are barred to live in our own Barn House after The Township promised to our Lawyer Jan Strand and after our next door neighbor Jerry Hein quoted from the Township president Bob Ballard that if we remove the Trailer they will let us have the Barn House.
14) Township maliciously destroyed our electricity and gas line to our Barn House.
15) Our Engineer, Mike Gholami quoted from the Township president that it was a mistake to cut off the electricity and gas to the Barn House. Wanda Lippert also stated and photographed the gas/electric lines malicious cut off from the back of the barn house and promised to investigate.
16) There is no electricity and gas reconnected to the Barn House.
17) We cannot obtain refinance to the Barn House to pay anything unless the water and gas and electricity are reconnected.
18) We received the Proposed Final Judgment on Thursday, December 07 through the US Postal Service at the Nona Street, Dearborn, Michigan 48124
19) Proof of Service is through the US Postal Service to both Honorable Judge A. Servaas, District Court, Rockford, Michigan and Spencer Township's attorney, Ross A. Leisman, Mika Meyers Beckett & Jones, PLC, Grand Rapids, MI.
20) They have discriminated against us based on God knows what, because:
A) Jerry Hein's single wide mobile home which is across us from the Grey Goose Dr. Has changed the exterior of his home without permit (they will not give permit for single wide mobile homes) and still it is half done, i.E. The top triangles are not yet done. Why is that? Because he was in Military during a war!
B) The police officer from Chicago has changed her single wide mobile home roof-hat and back porch-steps and she was in the process of putting fence around it which is visible half done and they did not sue her. Why? Because she is a police officer from Chicago!
C) There is a mobile home next to Minerva road which is in worst condition than ours it is being held by 2x4 and boarded up. They did not go after them to remove it. Why? Because it is Fire Marshall's!
