Me and my husband bought two 110cc Scorpians for my kids for Christmas. When we recieved them there were things broke on both of them. Like leg guards, seat, batteries, rear axel was bent on one, and only one head light worked on one of them. We called them they were rude and said we were the ones that did the damage to them. They told me to take pictures which I already had and send them to their parts email address. I tried several times and it always said invalid email address. Well we gave the 4 wheelers to the kids on Christmas day. They got to ride them for a total of 15 to 20 minutes. Parts started falling of of them. The throttle stuck on one and my daughter got hurt. She has bruises all over her legs. She was headed towards a busy road, thank God she turned it. It tipped over. We called the State Police they did up a accident report. We told Legion Global we wanted our money back. They more or less said to bad. We told them we were going to talk to our lawyer they said do what you gotta do and hung up. My daughter could of been seriously injured and they don't even care. 12-25-06.
