Stevn has not paid constistant child support in 5 years. The only way he pays childsupport as if they catch him and lock hin up. He pays to get out and start doinng the same thing all over again.
He avoid getting a regular job because of Childsupport. When he finds out that it's time for Childsupport to be taken out he quits and find another job. Now he has a job were he recieves a 1099, they will not take out Childsupport.
