Ms. Verdell Iverson of 16609 S. Kenwood is a slumlord she has all these properties then she does not fix them up. Had I have known then what I know now I wouldn't have moved in. She drives around in a white lexus truck and her buildings look like crap.
My plumbing was backed up for 1 1/2 months during this time I have tried to contact Ms. Iverson to no avail then she sues me and I leave before I can be evicted. Then she has the nerve to keep my security deposit.
I owe her a month and a half of rent but she owes me a month and a half in security. I just don't understand how she can get away with doing this then on top of all this she has decided to have my wages garnished.
This woman must be stopped how can you call yourself a christian and treat people this way.
