This company screwed me and my family over royal! I worked for them and I ended up screwing up my family business. It all started when i took the job and had to fly to maryland for the training. I was promised alot of money and my parents told me it sounded like a good oppurtunity. I drove out to the training and had to pay for my own hotel.in training they told me that as long as i followed my team leaders prompts that i would make six figures a year. And at the worst i would make 60k per year. It was a RIPOFF. When i got back to deleware i sighned my dad and our family business up for there services even though it wasnt saving us that much money a month.
Within a week i new the service was a scam. It was taking 5-7 days for our money to hit the account. The worst part is that encore paid $250 to get us out of our current processor. Now we have to pay encore $250 to switch back. Why the hell did we switch in the first place? The only answer is so i could make my $50 commission as my family was trying to help me out. Encore was only saving our transmission shop $15 per month. Now we have to wait an entire week to recieve our money and its getting the family bussiness behind on our bills. And now we have to pay encore $250 to change back to bank of america! I signed up a couple other merchants in dover that are going through the same thing. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!! If anyone has any helpfull suggestions it would be much appreciated.
