TOP RELOCATION SERVICES charged me a fee to send a substandard moving company to my home to move my household furniture.
Upon notifying the company that I was unhappy with the following:
1. Tardiness, 11 hours late
2. Manners
3. Cleanliness
4. Work habits
5. Sexual overtones to my daughter
6. Poor work habits, (my family did 1/2 of the work)
I was told that they would not make any adjustments and that I was now on my own. They stated that they found me a mover and that was what they were required to do. I am out $1,300. The fee that I paid to Top Relocation Services.
They refused to discuss any adjustment - just directed me to re-read my contract.in other words, if they disbatched ANY-TYPE of person to show up to my home, they fulfilled their contract.
I had to hire a reputable company and pay twice for this move.
Beware of top relocation services and it's business practices.
