David is a Dead Beat Dad! He didn't pay child support for over a year and still expected his wife to send the kids for visitation but if she paid the airfare. He finally paid after she got Nationalchildsupport.com on him but even then, his mommy paid it for him. For two kids she was only getting barely $300 a month, better than nothing but still! Now he stopped paying because his mommy wasn't going to pay anymore. He only sends his daughter gifts in the mail because he knows she is easily bought with presents, so basically he buys her affections. He stinks!
