David Earl Walthall, born January 16,1957. Dead Beat Dad. Ran off on daughter in 1982, she is now 25 and in October 1995 he was $265000.00 in arrears! The State of Wisconsin likes to brag about how they collect back child support. What a joke. I was constantly giving his address, where he worked etc to them, and they said they could not locate him. What did they want me to do, take them to his doorstep?
I guess the Attorney General of Mississippi doesn't want to have to force these deadbeats to pay (must be one himself) so I guess that is why they flee to that state.
