I happened upon your site while trying to find the Grant Search Assisitance site and I'm glad I did!
My heart sank when I saw the same phone # I received (866-370-7270) posted time and time again. It hasn't been the full 2 weeks since I placed my order but after reading the comments here I called the # I had been given immediately. I was relieved to get a customer service rep. She was polite and did cancel the subscription. I made sure to get her name and her employee ID # along with the confromation #. I recorded the physical address of the compnay when I signed up so I have included that hoping it will help someone out there.
