We've been trying to contact this company for months after receiving no product (received excuses such as sent by bulk mail, no tracking, backordered, etc). Also called their new number 800-716-8667 today (Aug 30) and was cut off after 10 or 15 minutes of being on hold. I finally got fed up and called Chase (our credit card). Since is has been less than 90 days since we were expecting the product, they are refunding our money and following up with Pro Seal to get to the bottom of this.
