The president of Clean Rite Center has violated my employee rights by using my hard earned money to pay their dues. I had been working for them as a manager for the past two years. However, when I announced my parting, for personal reasons, the president of the company decided to hold me accountable for a short in the company's funds which I never even had access to.
The company also refused to give me my vacation money. With no evidince they purposely accused me only to keep my hard earned money. It was all a cheap excuse to keep my money. They should have taken further actions instead of keeping my money.
Their false accusations have deeply offended me. I was their valuable asset... in turn they stole my money. It's no wonder the company refuses to have anything to do with a union.
