Brownco was contracted to move EVANS SHOOTING WORLD from an old location to a new location. I was contracted to move the indoor shooting range from the old location to the new location. I had to dismantle the indoor shooting range and range components, and re-install these items in the new range, and fabricate and improve the range itself.
Brownco's duties were to move the office equipment and any other items to the new facility. During the inital move, BROWNCO failed to perform the move in time alloted, the work was incomplete, and their foreman disappeared after stealing a few items from the range. I personally had to oversee that the rest of the move was completed. Mission accomplished.
At the new facility, Brownco installed new offices, lighting, plumbing, etc. My sole responsiblity was to install the range, baffles, shooting lanes, target systems, and side-wall flashing.
Brownco failed to pay me for my services, and instead charged me for items, as well as charged the customer for the same services. Brownco also charged the shooting range for extra items that were not approved, and in some cases charged twice. Brownco also charged the shooting range for all of my services, and failed to pay me for my services.
