I too was ripped off by family products, I contacted the better business bureau in that area and lodged a complaint. The bbb mailed me an id# and informed me that they have contacted that company and asked them to reply to me. To date I have received nothing from family products in the form of a reply. Apon contacting the bbb again I noticed my file was closed. They won't even help, i truly hope some legal establishment can help the thousands of us that have lost our faith in humanity
