Beware of Chris Shelley of Half Moon Bay, California. He is a sleazy meth addict who can often be found wallowing in dumpsters to find salvage for a non-existent company he calls CBS Salvage.
He is a well known police informant, and will frequently badger people into committing a crime, just so he can snitch on the person. He often tape records or videotapes people without their knowledge.
He is a deadbeat abusive father. He is extremely abusive to women, forcing them into prostitution in exchange for drugs. He will often prey on underage girls, luring them with drugs. He has raped a number of girls, but he has so far escaped prosecution because of his police informant status, and a politically well connected mother.
He is caucasian, 44 years old, 6' 2" tall, 230 pounds, blue eyes, and has frizzy blonde hair.
