Ripoff/rudeness/employee mistreatment

This bussiness is old and falling apart, lots of stuff broken and you have to wait to use washers and some dryers because of this.

A male attendant that speaks and acts like a thug and sometimes dissapears when you need him. He usually comes back in from next door, a barber shop where he sits bullshitting until he is tired. Usually you can hear his nasty comments through the very thin walls.

You cant even get a soda there without the machine taking your money and tuesday and wednesday the toploaders are jalf off and you have to walk to the counter to get them to give you your money back because they forget to reset.

One of the attendants-Becky-is recently on the counter and is scary because she is so jittery that it appears as if the jumpiness was artificial and i am afraid to bring my child. I also heard thru the grapevine that they are allowed to keep money found in pockets of clothing and come to think of it that explains a lot. I saw them using my pen once to write something with and that was in my pocket.
